Mr. Keith Rickabaugh is the director of materials and analytical services at RJLG. With more than 15 years of experience, he coordinates the daily operations of a staff of highly trained technical specialists in materials and particle characterization. His focus includes resource allocation, project coordination, method development, and implementation of appropriate laboratory methodologies for commercial, government and litigation related projects. A background in industrial hygiene sampling aides Mr. Rickabaugh in providing technical consulting services to assess project needs and to direct the appropriate implementation of laboratory testing services for environmental and materials applications. Additionally, he proposes, evaluates, and monitors the application of multi-analytical approaches to solve industrial problems. Most recently, Mr. Rickabaugh designed the analytical protocol and managed the implementation of one of the largest environmental assessments (over 100,000 samples over a two-year period) and remedial action ever performed on a Class A building (1.4 million square foot, 41-story building south of the WTC site). Prior, Mr. Rickabaugh was the director of operations for an environmental and industrial hygiene consulting firm located in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a full member in the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
