Mr. Olin joined Bressler, Amery & Ross in January 2004 as a member of the Firm’s securities law practice group, after twelve years as a partner in the Miami office of Morgan Lewis, and is the managing partner of the Firm’s Florida office. Mr. Olin’s practice is concentrated in the representation of securities broker/dealers and individuals in state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate level, and in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). These matters included the defense of securities claims brought by investors, including class actions, and of employment claims. Mr. Olin also represents clients in regulatory proceedings, including investigations, disciplinary actions and enforcement actions before the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA and the Florida Division of Securities, and in internal investigations. In addition, Mr. Olin represents business entities outside the securities industry in general commercial and employment litigation matters.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Olin clerked for the Honorable Sidney M. Aronovitz, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. |
