Keith Moskowitz is a corporate and securities attorney who specializes in working with
technology companies at all stages of growth, as well as with venture capitalists and
investment banks. Prior to joining our firm, Moskowitz was a corporate partner at a
large international law firm. His practice focuses on venture capital financings,
public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and general business
matters. Moskowitz has particular experience assisting foreign companies in their
efforts to access U.S. equity markets, both public and private. His clients cover
diverse industries including semiconductor equipment, biotechnology, computer
networking and software, data storage and security, medical imaging and drug
development.
Mr. Moskowitz has authored a number of legal articles including SEC Reporting
Requirements for Foreign Issuers and Aircraft Carrier: SEC Proposes Sweeping
Regulatory Reforms. Moskowitz received his B.S from State University of New York at
Albany in 1985 and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1988.
