Keith Moenter, Director of Human Resources at Sony DADC’s Terre Haute, Indiana facility, is responsible for safety, security, communication, training and all human resource activities. Mr. Moenter began his career with Sony DADC in 1984 in Human Resources. As one of the original members of Sony DADC’s administration team, he was responsible for staffing North America’s first optical disc plant until 1990. He held various management positions for ten years in manufacturing operations prior to his current role. Before joining Sony DADC, Mr. Moenter was employed by Hillenbrand Industries as Supervisor, Employee Relations. Mr. Moenter received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin College in Indiana.
