Keith McClellan has been in the technology business development and business start up field since 1991, when he earned an MBA from Penn State University with a finance emphasis. His graduate education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School in 1982 with an emphasis in commercial law. From 1983 to 1989, he worked as both in house and outside counsel for regional banks and commercial lenders in Nevada, where he worked on structuring complex financial transactions. He is a member of the Nevada Bar. |
