Mr. Kreuer has more than 22 years of experience building customer-oriented companies that provide business solutions through information technology. He co-founded PentaSafe in 1997 and served as its director until the company was purchased by NetIQ (Nasdaq: NTIQ) in 2002. Before PentaSafe, he was President and CEO of Penta, Inc., a Houston-based software consulting firm that he co-founded in 1991. At Penta, he helped grow the company into a successful full service consulting firm offering an array of solutions to enterprises of all sizes. Penta was acquired by VeriCenter Inc.; a Houston based Managed Service Provider, in February 2000, where he assumed the role of COO. Mr. Kreuer serves on the Board of Directors of Target Hunger and is a charter member of the IT advisory committee for North Harris Community College.
He is a graduate of Iowa State University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Science. |
