Prior to joining PCI in October, 2005, Mr. Cole spent four years as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for M&I Electric Industries, Inc., an international electrical manufacturer, service provider and construction company to the energy industry. Previously, Mr. Cole was the CFO and General Counsel for ClipShow, Inc., an Internet streaming video startup company, based in Palo Alto, CA. Mr. Cole has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1993. Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Cole worked as an auditor at Price Waterhouse & Company (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and received his C.P.A. license. Mr. Cole is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a B.A in Accounting. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University in 1993, and was a member of the International Lawyer Law Review |
