Mr. Baugues has over 25 years of experience in air modeling and air compliance management. His experience includes 6 years as the chief of the Air Modeling Section of the Indiana state agency and 8 years with the Air Modeling Group of U.S. EPA's Office in Research Triangle Park. His work in the private sector has included air modeling for many industrial facilities in various states, including power plants, mines, cement manufacturing plants, oil and gas facilities, automotive parts manufacturers, foundries and surface coating operations. Mr. Baugues has a B.S. in engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and is a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois. He is the incoming Chairman of the Emission Factors and Inventories of the Air & Waste Management Association and has served as expert witness in cases involving air modeling. He is a member of the KERAMIDA Senior Experts Group. |
