Mr. Adams brings to OpSource 25 years of financial experience gained from holding executive positions at technology companies ranging from start-ups to global giants. His broad experience includes developing new business models, bringing companies public and raising debt and equity from private equity investors.
Prior to joining OpSource, Mr. Adams was the chief financial officer at Andale, where he established their India operation with 200 employees. Mr. Adams was CFO at Appshop (the largest Oracle ASP) where he raised $24m of debt and equity. As VP of Finance at Centerbeam, he developed and implemented all financial policies, controls and revenue recognition for the business and assisted in raising $115m equity round. As Corporate Controller at RealNetworks, Mr. Adams assisted in taking the company public, and as Finance Director at Oracle, he managed financial duties for the Consulting Business with over 50 percent annual growth. Mr. Adams held senior positions at Silicon Graphics, Inc., Beatrice Foods Ingredients, Anaquest and Square D Company. He was also the CEO and founder of Zero260, a Finance BPO for technology companies. |
