Keith V. Bauerle focuses his practice on the transportation industry and its insurers. He is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the U.S. District for New Jersey. Keith earned a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He received his law degree from Temple University School of Law, where he was on the Law School Dean's List, and served as the Senior Production Editor for the Temple Political Civil Rights Law Review. He also received an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy and an LL.M. in Taxation, from Temple University School of Law. Before joining Rawle & Henderson, Keith was in-house trial counsel for a commercial, personal automobile, and homeowners’ insurance carrier. He has tried sixteen jury trials to verdict as well as numerous bench trials and arbitrations. He has also argued two appellate cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. |
