Keith has worked across asset classes including traditional equity, fixed income, derivatives and currency, as well as hedge fund strategies to include distressed debt and equity, equity long/short, risk and convertible arbitrage, and event driven and global macro. His consultative approach to each search assignment gives his clients an in-depth understanding of the current marketplace and insightful evaluations of candidates, so the best possible solution to the hiring need is found. Keith’s search experience includes being a partner with Heidrick & Struggles and with Sullivan & Company. Years on Wall Street gave Keith an in-depth understanding of a broad range of the financial services industry, its specific market areas, and talent requirements. Keith was with M.R. Beal & Company for 10 years, structuring and trading tax-exempt fixed income securities with institutional portfolio managers across the U.S. He began his Wall Street career with Merrill Lynch and later joined Thompson McKinnon. Earlier tours with Proctor & Gamble and PepsiCo, two corporations known for their premier marketing and sales organizations, prepared Keith for the rigors of Wall Street. He held sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility. Keith graduated from Colgate University. |
