Keith Bookbinder has been assisting closely-held and family-owned businesses by providing a wide range of consulting and tax services since 1978. His hands on approach to working closely with his clients allows him the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of their business operations and to assist these businesses with the many challenges they face day to day.
As one of LVBW’s tax partners, Keith spends much of his time advising clients in the areas of corporate and personal tax planning, retirement and estate planning, structuring of transactions for various acquisitions, and dispositions of businesses. Keith's prior experience includes working for and serving as a partner in a national accounting firm.
Keith serves a number of industries including physician practices, construction, wholesale and retail, manufacturing, not-for-profits, as well as service organizations.
Giving back to the community is an important role that Keith aspires to. Keith has been active in numerous business and charitable organizations throughout the years. His current affiliations include Amherst Senior Citizens Foundation, Amherst Chamber of Commerce, Infotech Niagara, New York State Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. He lives in Williamsville with his wife and their two teenage sons. |
