Keith's practice involves serving the needs of unsecured and secured creditors, and court-appointed creditor committees in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructuring and liquidation cases, and commercial transactions involving financially distressed entities. Keith's experience includes: claims litigation; preference and fraudulent transfer risk management and defense; section 363 asset sales; assumption and rejection of executory contracts; relief from stay litigation; and Chapter 11 plan proceedings. Keith also regularly assists clients in complex financial and transactional matters, including: secured transactions; power purchase agreements; vendor contracts; and Article 2 UCC sales transactions. Before joining the firm in 1996, Keith clerked for the Honorable Mark W. Vaughn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire, and chaired the Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights/Loan Workout Practice Group of a large New Hampshire firm. |
