Keith E. Alessi has served as a director of Town Sports since April 1997 and is currently serving pursuant to the stockholders agreement. Mr. Alessi has been an adjunct professor of law at Washington and Lee University School of Law since 1999 and an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business since 2002. Mr. Alessi served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Telespectrum Worldwide, Inc. from April 1998 to February 2000. From May 1996 to March 1998, Mr. Alessi served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Hewitt, Inc. Mr. Alessi currently serves as director and chairman of the audit committees for MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc., H&E Equipment Services, Inc. and several private companies. |
