Experience:
Mr. Tooley specializes in civil trials and appeals, including state and federal jury trials. Mr. Tooley has experience litigating a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract cases, complex commercial cases and litigation involving oil and gas, mineral rights, timber rights, real property, eminent domain and inverse condemnation actions, arbitrations, and employment claims. He has lectured in various continuing legal education seminars. He is the co-author of The Marketable Product Approach in the Natural Gas Royalty Case, 44 Rocky Mt. Min. Inst. 21-1 (1988). Mr. Tooley has been named a Colorado Super Lawyer by 5280 Magazine every year since 2007 and also was selected for the Super Lawyer Corporate Counsel Edition. He was named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America’s Trial Lawyer Honorary Society. Mr. Tooley also was selected by The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Natural Resources Law.
