Mr. Spickelmier is a Director and has served as Chairman of the Board since May 2002 and was President Treasurer and Secretary until February 2004. Prior to joining Westside Energy he was a partner with the law firm Verner Liipfert Bernhard McPherson and Hand. From April 2001 through July 2003 Mr. Spickelmier was of counsel with the law firm Haynes and Boone LLP. Mr. Spickelmier holds a B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and a J.D. from the University of Houston. Mr. Spickelmier is also a Director of JK Acquisition Corp. |
