D. Keith LaVanway, Age 42. Mr. LaVanway has been Vice President-Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company since 2002 and Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of AMH since March 2004 and Treasurer and Secretary of AMH since December 2004. He has been Vice President-Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of AMH II since December 2004. He has also been Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Holdings since 2002 and Treasurer and Secretary of Holdings since December 2004. Mr. LaVanway joined the Company in February 2001 as Vice President-Chief Financial Officer of Alside and was also named a Vice President of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. LaVanway was employed by Nortek, Inc. from 1995 to 2001, where he served in various financial positions. |
