Keith Coe joined The Plasencia Group as Managing Director of its Development Management Consultants division in 2006.
Mr. Coe brings a wealth of experience to the firm having served as head of the Development and Acquisition Group at Valley Forge Investment Corporation from 1998 to 2006. While at VFIC Keith's responsibilities included overseeing site selection, feasibility studies, development incentives, municipal approvals, design, branding, leasing, engineering, construction, structuring of ownership, equity placement and debt financing, as well as ongoing supervision for legal, human resources and operational services.
Prior to his tenure at VFIC, Mr. Coe was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Omni Hotels from 1993 to 1998 as well as General Counsel for Red Lion Hotels for the seven prior years.
Mr. Coe received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah in 1982. In addition, he is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, having received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1985. He is a current member of the law school Board of Visitors and the Oregon State Bar. |
