 Keith Warren has exclusively represented management in employment litigation and traditional labor law under the NLRA and RLA for the past 35 years. Nationwide, he has acted as lead counsel in more than 100 union representation cases, negotiated hundreds of union collective bargaining agreements, and handled numerous labor arbitrations and employment litigation trials. He has conducted business for clients in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
  Keith is admitted in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuits, and numerous district courts, including the Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee.
  Keith speaks frequently on both labor and employment law issues and has made presentations to the American Arbitration Association, American Manufacturer's Association, American Society for Personnel Administration, Tennessee Bar Association and the Institute for Business Law. Keith is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Litigation and Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Tennessee, Kentucky and Wyoming bar associations.
  Before entering private practice, Keith was a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force and a trial attorney for the National Labor Relations Board.
