Keith A. Rhodes, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, joined Alter in 1997. In addition to overseeing the company's financial and information systems matters, he is also responsible for the company's scrap operations in Peoria, Illinois. Mr. Rhodes is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and received his B. S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois. He began his career working at Price Waterhouse where he served a wide range of both public and private manufacturing clients for 7 years. Subsequently, he was a Vice President of Finance and Administration for a trucking, barging, terminal and warehousing company for 6 years. Prior to Alter, he was President of a building products manufacturer and home remodeler for 5 years. Mr. Rhodes also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for ACG - St. Louis. |
