Keidra comes to Magee Resource Group with significant experience in the health care industry. As an Administrative Director for two clinical departments at a 479 bed academic medical center, she is well versed in hospital operations, budgeting, finances, research, strategic growth and personnel selection and development. Keidra has also served as a Human Resources Manager for a Health Care System as well as traveled the country as a Health Care Consultant with a major Management Consulting Firm.

Keidra specializes in Oncology recruitment and focuses on the following positions: VP of Cancer Services, Oncology Service Line Directors, Outpatient Nurse Managers, Inpatient Nurse Managers, Radiation Oncology Directors, Radiation Oncology Managers, Oncology Research Directors, Research Nurse Coordinators, and Oncology Educators.

The daughter of a cancer survivor, Keidra is passionate about identifying top talent to serve in these critical roles. "This business for me is much more than just making a placement. It's about identifying executives to work for leading cancer programs to help get us one step closer to finding a cure."

Keidra holds a BA degree in Accounting and Business Management from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
