Kaye Jorgensen joined the company in 1974 as a personnel clerk. She went on to become the company's first female manager and later its first woman vice president. Jorgensen is tasked with watching over the company's most valuable assets-its people. She has been instrumental in developing new human resource standards and polices. Jorgensen is also a devoted public servant, sharing her time and expertise with the Huntsman Cancer Institute, YWCA, Habitat for Humanity and Primary Children's Medical Center. |
