Katy Keim is responsible for strategic positioning and marketing initiatives for ServiceSource. She leads all activities focused on building ServiceSource’s market position, acquiring new customers, and ensuring retention through the company’s client programs. Prior to ServiceSource, Katy was Vice President of E-commerce at Intraware, where she participated in growing the company from 18 to 500 employees and raising capital through two private equity rounds and, ultimately, an IPO. Her team was responsible for equipping a 100-person sales team with lead generation programs, product marketing and training for over 50 partner relationships, including Sun, Oracle and IBM. Katy worked in corporate finance at Bank of America, in a technology group focused on funding emerging companies. Katy holds a BA degree in History from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where she was an Austin Scholar. |
