Katy E. Koski is a senior associate in Sherin and Lodgen LLP’s Litigation Department. Katy represents pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, national retail chains and other businesses in product liability and complex business disputes. She also serves as a member of the firm’s Professional Liability Group in defending large law firms and individual practitioners against legal malpractice claims.

Representative Experience

Member of team representing a generic drug manufacturer in lawsuits challenging drug pricing practices currently pending in Alabama, Mississippi and New York

As co-counsel represents national supermarket chain in the defense of product liability claims

As co-counsel represented venture capital firm in securing control of company from ousted principals

Represented the Massachusetts Board of Bar Examiners before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts in successful opposition to appeal by applicant who was denied admission to the practice of law.

As co-counsel obtained defense verdict on behalf of corporate client charged with discrimination claims by former employee.

Serves as local counsel to aircraft manufacturers in defense of product liability claims arising out of alleged exposure to asbestos
