Mrs. Gambill is a Partner at, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of, Council Ventures. Prior to founding Council Ventures, Mrs. Gambill was the President and Head of Equity Capital Markets and a member of the Board of Directors of SunTrust Equitable Securities Corporation and Equitable Trust Company from January 1998 to June 2000. Prior to January 1998 and the merger of Equitable Securities, Inc. with SunTrust Banks, Inc., Mrs. Gambill was the President and Head of Equity Capital Markets of Equitable Securities and a member of the Board of Directors of Equitable Securities Corporation, Equitable Trust Company and Equitable Asset Management. Mrs. Gambill also served as Director of Research, Director of Institutional Sales, and Director of Equity Capital Markets at Equitable Securities. Mrs. Gambill currently serves on the Board of Directors of NotifyMD, Inc., Advanced Academics, Inc., Benefit Informatics, Inc., and iKobo, Inc.
