Lana joined the Foundation in January 2006 and oversees grantmaking in the Population Program's Philippines and Mobilization portfolios. For the past three years Lana has worked at the Foundation, first as a research associate for the Foundation's Visiting Scholar and then as a research associate for the Population Program, where she conducted research and analysis to inform the program's grantmaking. Prior to joining the Foundation, Lana worked in Indonesia for six years on family planning programs with USAID and Pathfinder International. She has extensive international experience and has a bachelor's degree in international relations from Occidental College and a master's degree in public health from the University of Michigan. |
