Kathy’s proven expertise has led to improvements in recruitment outcomes and the development of numerous best practices that have been adopted by healthcare organizations throughout the country. She has the unique ability to quickly partner with her clients and then direct a multidisciplinary team to successfully meet critical recruitment needs. Kathy enjoys a national reputation for her recruitment outcomes and exceptional client relationships. She is a highly respected senior member of Cejka Search’s recruitment team and a seasoned presenter at organizations such as VHA, AMGA, and MGMA. Kathy’s prior experience includes a large medical group in Los Angeles, where she was the Director of Physician Recruiting/Physician Credentialing for more than a decade.
