Kathy Munie has been with MDI since 1996. As Implementation Specialist, she is responsible for working with new clients to assist them as they get their accounting system set up in MDI's On-Line Advantage software. She is also an expert at trouble-shooting accounting issues and often assists other Client Support reps with the most challenging questions.
Prior to joining MDI, Kathy was the Business Office Administrator at a long-term care facility for 10 years. In addition, she handled multi-corporation accounting in a variety of other industries for over 12 years.
What does Kathy like best about her job at MDI? "Contact with the clients, definitely," she replies. "I just love talking to people. It's so interesting for me to talk to all kinds of people all over the country."
Kathy and Mark, her husband of 33 years, have 2 grown children. In her spare time, Kathy loves gardening, watching hockey and spending time with her 3 grandchildren. |
