A founding partner of Rising Tide, Kathy Lynn-Cullotta has spent over 20 years as a consultant. She brings a broad base of experiences and conceptual frameworks to apply to new client situations. Kathy has worked extensively for media companies in the last nine years crafting go-to-market strategies for new print, online and voice solutions. She has used her expertise to help clients redesign established sales channels and processes to address the evolving needs of their customers. She led a recent industry-wide initiative by local media companies to define new sales channel models for increasing share of the national advertiser market. Her experience in other industries includes wireless services, Internet appliances, pharmaceuticals, computers, telecommunications, building materials and furniture. A representative sample of the companies Kathy has worked with includes Bell South Advertising & Publishing, Conde Nast, Scientific American, Quadrant Publishing and Yellow Pages Publishers Association. Kathy received a Masters of Management degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1983. A BSBA degree was received from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1980. |
