Kathy Garner is president and chief executive officer of Northwest Corporate Credit Union and has been since July 1995. She was elected to the board of U.S. Central in March 2004. She served on the executive committee of the Association of Corporate Credit Unions (ACCU) from November 1995 to October 2002, and served as chair from November 1995 to November 1998, as treasurer from November 2000 to October 2002, and now serves on the legislative and regulatory committee. She was the chair of U.S. Central's Credit Committee from March 1996 to March 2004. Ms. Garner serves on the board of Western Payments Alliance (WesPay), a payments education and advocacy organization. She also serves on the governmental affairs committees for the Credit Union Association of Oregon and the Washington Credit Union League, and on the board of the Oregon Credit Union League Foundation. Ms. Garner also is a credit union development educator. |
