Kathy works on every level of an organization to exact change. One area of specialty includes designing and developing High-Impact Meetings that are engaging, valuable, and have lasting impact. Her understanding of and close involvement with leaders' needs model the strong relationships and communication traits needed for corporate transformation, strategy execution, and process design.

Prior to joining CLG, Kathy spent more than a decade working for a petrochemicals firm, leading difficult initiatives in business management, channel management, customer service management, marketing, sales, and sales administration. Kathy earned her bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Duke University.
