Kathy Brick returned to U.S. Central in July 1998. As chief financial officer, her responsibilities include overseeing human resources, facilities management and project management, as well as the finance/accounting areas of U.S. Central. Prior to Ms. Brick's return to U.S. Central, she served as CFO for Fidelity Acceptance Corporation, a consumer finance subsidiary of BankBoston.
Before Fidelity Acceptance Corporation, Ms. Brick served as vice president and controller at U.S. Central from 1992 to 1996. From 1980 to 1992, Ms. Brick was an auditor with Ernst & Young.
Ms. Brick earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is currently a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is Vice Chairman of the Board for the National Cooperative Business Association. |
