Kathy Smith Boyd has served as Vice President of Sypris since April 2003 and as President of its subsidiary, Sypris Test & Measurement, since April 2005. From April 2003 to April 2005, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sypris Test & Measurement. Ms. Boyd served as Corporate Vice President for Global Services and Solutions for Acterna, a communications test and measurement company, from 2000 to 2002, as Vice President and General Manager of the North American Consulting Business of Hewlett Packard from 1998 to 2000, and in a variety of management positions with Hewlett Packard from 1985 to 1998. Ms. Boyd holds a BA degree in History and Psychology from Moravian College.
