Kathy has served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources since September 2006. Kathy's background is in the creative and hospitality industries, working in music, film, publishing and hotels. Kathy began her career in Hotels and has over ten years experience in the UK, European and World markets. Kathy held senior executive positions with Forte- Meridien Hotels, based in London. Kathy became Vice President Human resources with market leading Polygram Music and Film, relocating to New York in 1999 with the acquistion of Polygram by the Universal Music Group. Kathy held the position of Chief Learning Officer with the Vivendi-Universal entertainment and communication group, developing the corporate and executive teams across the group brands. Prior to joining MHG Kathy served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources with Bowne Global Solutions the leader in financial, marketing and business communications services and Chief Talent Officer with the Universal McCann Advertising agency, a division of the Interpublic group of Companies. Kathy is responsible for overseeing the company-wide Human Resources initiative and focusing on the recruitment, development and retention of the people talent essential for the continued strength of MHG, growth of our brands and company. |
