Kathy L. Hibbs is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and joined in April 2001. Prior to joining Monogram, Ms. Hibbs was Vice President and General Counsel for Multitude, Inc., an Internet telecommunications company. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, she served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Varian Medical Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of integrated cancer therapy systems. At Varian, she was responsible for numerous legal matters including regulatory compliance, employment law, litigation and SEC reporting. Before her employment with Varian, Ms. Hibbs worked as a litigator for two California law firms and dealt with various legal issues, including civil rights and securities law. She received her JD degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, and her bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Riverside. |
