Gray has more than 23 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry primarily in credit and relationship management. She held management positions for institutions such as Wells Fargo Bank and Imperial Bank the predecessor of Comerica Bank.
She is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations. She serves as Executive Committee Member and Treasurer for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) Padrinos in Southern California. She is also President of the Arthritis Foundation Long Beach/Orange County chapter.
