Kathryn Pascover counsels and advises employers in employment and labor matters including ADA, FMLA, and Title VII before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. She represents employers in unfair labor practice litigation before the NLRB and representation cases and advises employers during union organizing campaigns. Her clients have included employers in the manufacturing, automotive and automotive supplier, hospitality, and food industries as well as higher education employers. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Young & Perl in Memphis and previously served as Assistant Director of Law for the City of Akron, Ohio where she represented and advised city departments and elected officials on employment matters and conducted ongoing training for city employees.
She is a member of the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section) and the Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations. Kathryn is admitted to practice in all state courts of Tennessee and Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Kathryn is a Judicial delegate to the Conference of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the United States. She serves on the Executive Board of the Germantown Performing Arts Centre Guild.
