Kathryn S. MacAskie Kathryn serves as our Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures. She has been President and co-owner of FlairTex Resources, Inc., a petroleum engineering consulting and acquisition business since 2002. Prior to that, Ms. MacAskie was Vice-President and Manager of the Houston Office for Cawley, Gillespie & Associates Inc., a Petroleum Engineering Consulting firm from 1999 to 2002 and Senior Vice-President of Acquisitions and Divestitures for EnerVest Management Partners, Ltd. from 1994 to 1999. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, on the Advisory Board of Phillips Royalty Partners, L.P., a past member of the Advisory Board of Houston National Bank and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston. She holds a BS in Engineering from Rice University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. |
