Experience:
Kathryn Kusske Floyd focuses her practice on federal and state regulation, legislation and litigation. She represents clients before federal regulatory agencies, including the Surface Transportation Board, the Health Care Financing Administration, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Transportation, and also provides representation before various state regulatory agencies.
Kathryn’s legislation experience extends to pending federal and state legislative proposals, including strategic advice, testimony preparation, and legislative drafting. Her litigation experience includes judicial review of federal and state regulatory agency decisions, as well as federal and state regulatory issues in criminal and civil actions.
