Kathryn E. Noll is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein. Kate has extensive experience in patent and trademark preparation and prosecution matters, product clearance, and intellectual property litigation. Kate’s experience includes counseling clients with respect to their intellectual property in a wide array of technologies, including microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), optical systems, mechanical and medical devices, metallurgy, and semiconductor devices and processes, both in the U.S. and abroad. Experience Kate has served as in-house counsel to an automatic test equipment manufacturing company. Before becoming an attorney, Kate worked for over ten years as a research engineer designing and conducting studies primarily in the metallurgical and semiconductor fields. Professional and Community Involvement Kate is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Boston Patent Law Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
