Kathy joined Seven Hills in 2004 as Head of its Corporate Finance Group. In this capacity, Ms. Coffey oversees private placements, registered direct placements, and PIPE offerings managed by Seven Hills on behalf of its clients. Kathy comes to Seven Hills from FT Ventures, where she was Managing Director of Business Development. Prior to joining FT Ventures, Kathy spent five years heading the Equity Private Placement Group in San Francisco for Deutsche Bank, where she managed private equity transactions for private and public clients in the technology, health care, media and consumer sectors. Previously, she worked in the Merger & Acquisition groups of Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch & Co. Kathy received a BA in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia. |
