Kathryn, co-founded Market Insite Group, an affiliate of Regent Pacific, based on her in-depth understanding of the retail leasing industry and her vision of how technology can streamline the normally painstaking and lengthy leasing process. She has more than 22 years of experience in retail-related real estate fields, including management leasing positions on both the landlord and tenant aspects of the shopping center industry. Kathryn was Director of Real Estate West for The Gymboree Corporation, where she led the development of the Company's strategic expansion plans and has participated in more than 100 transactions throughout the United States. While at Gymboree, Kathryn worked with every major shopping center developer. |
