Ms. Vaughn has over 5 years of experience in medical device product management. She spent a majority of her professional career within the Marketing Department at OsteoMed L.P. During her tenure as Senior Product Manager-Orthopedic Division, Ms. Vaughn was responsible for all aspects of OsteoMed's comprehensive offering of small bone reconstruction products within the hands and feet. Her responsibilities included FDA submissions and related regulatory issues, product development, training, sales performance, advertising, promotions, product control, inventory management and tradeshows. Under her direct supervision, the Orthopedic Division at OsteoMed became the highest revenue producing and fastest growing product family. She has managed and become a technical expert on a variety of small bone reconstruction products including implants used for rigid skeletal fixation, bone reconstruction and distraction osteogenesis. Ms. Vaughn graduated cum laude from Baylor University. |
