Swift brings 15 years of HR experience to her role having managed all key aspects of the HR discipline. Swift's employment history includes the role of vice president of HR for Terayon a leader in cable modem and high definition video systems where she oversaw all aspects of HR. Prior to that Swift served as the director of HR for Avanex Corp. where she was responsible for global compensation benefits and HRIS. Prior to Avanex Swift was director of HR and business operations for Andes Networks. Swift has also held a variety of director and manager-level HR positions at Com21 Questlink and Hitachi early in her career. Swift earned her BS in Business Administration with honors from the California State University at Chico.
