Kathleen McNeill, vice president of beauty is responsible for overall strategic growth of beauty product sales and maximizing the synergy between Beauty.com and the Beauty and Spa area of drugstore.com.
McNeill has more than 13 years of experience in the beauty industry with a track record of building a business and a strong team. She joined the company in 2006 from Bath and Body Works where she was vice president of merchandising for flagship stores. McNeill also spent 6 years at Sephora where she led the skincare, bath and body, hair, and men's division for 130 stores in the U.S. and Canada, and online at Sephora.com. In her tenure at Sephora, she increased revenue for the skincare division by more than $175 million. McNeill started her merchandising career with Macy's West in the trend cosmetics buying office and is a graduate Macy's Executive training program
