Kathy McBrearty is a Search Consultant, in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. Kathy joined Cejka Search in 2000 and is responsible for ensuring the successful development and placement of physician candidates on behalf of leading healthcare organizations across the country. Her experience and expertise in managing multiple contracted searches has resulted in a strong track record of successful placements and a high level of client satisfaction. Kathy’s experience prior to joining Cejka Search as a safety director/risk manager for a major Midwest retail organization contributes to her effectiveness in working as a partner with her team to achieve results.
