Kathleen Manzione serves as president of First American CREDCO’s Mortgage Division. Utilizing over 17 years of experience in all areas of the credit reporting industry, Manzione directs and oversees the management of all operational and sales activities within the organization.
Prior to joining First American CREDCO, Manzione was president and owner of Metropolitan Credit Reporting Services and Metropolitan Property Reporting Services, which provided credit reporting, property inspections, and public record searches to mortgage lenders in the Northeast. In 1993, Manzione joined The First American Corporation when her companies were acquired. In 1995, she played an integral role during the consolidation of several newly acquired credit companies. By 1996, she had implemented a strategy to increase CREDCO’s efficiency and profitability, which was instrumental in making the company the industry’s leading credit report provider. Manzione is a graduate of Adelphi University, a certified paralegal, and a licensed real estate salesperson. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Consumer Data Industry Association. |
