Kathleen Lossau is recognized as an industry expert in the area of Multi-INT, All Source Intelligence and data fusion. She has over 20 years of experience in developing intelligence systems supporting applications and users at both the tactical and national level. Ms. Lossau's accomplishments include successful delivery and accreditation of the Single Source Processor - SIGINT Process Improvement (SSP-S PI); providing interoperability among disparate NSA SIGINT applications with the Common Analysis and Reporting Environment, and in building the army's first tactical Open Source and Multi-INT system. Born in Illinois, Ms. Lossau received a B.S. degree in Computer Science in 1985 and a M.S. degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Artificial Intelligence in 1987 from Southern Illinois University. Prior to working at Potomac Fusion, Ms. Lossau held various positions from Sr. Software Engineer, Program Manager and Director of Business Development at Austin based software companies including: Ticom Geomatics, Inc, Austin Info Systems, and Lockheed Austin Division. Ms. Lossau belongs to the Association of Old Crows, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, the Association of the United States Army and the Navy League of the United States. |
