Ms. Ligocki 50 is president and chief executive officer of Tower Automotive Inc. Before joining Tower Automotive in August 2003 she served as a corporate officer and vice president for Ford's Customer Service Division. During her five-year tenure at Ford she also held positions including president and chief executive officer Ford of Mexico; vice president North American Marketing; and director of business strategy. Currently Ms. Ligocki is an executive board member for the Automotive Women's Association and volunteers on the St. Vincent/Sarah Fisher Center Advisory Board.
Ms. Ligocki has served on Ashland's board of directors since 2004 and is currently a member of the Finance Environmental Health & Safety and Personnel & Compensation committees. |
