Kathleen (Kathy) Kelleher is a facilitator and strategist for ServiceElements. She holds advanced degrees in Education and Reading. Following her 21-year educational career, Kathy worked as Director of Professional Development for the Southern Association of Independent Schools. With the Atlanta based organization, she developed regional education conferences. She also conducted regional and state workshops in faculty evaluation, career planning, curriculum design and crisis management. In 1999, she joined the staff of The Pastoral Institute, a regional mental health organization, as Director of Professional and Community Education. Her accomplishments with the Business Resource division of the institute included management training and life enrichment workshops for businesses, city governments and universities. Kathy is also a freelance writer and photographer, and lives in New Jersey with her husband, who is a corporate pilot. |
